Nav Dey
As our Client Support Partner, Nav works closely with businesses to understand their growth plans, challenges and what they need from their people. Her focus is on making the hiring process as straightforward as possible, taking away the headaches and giving clients the support, advice and confidence they need to grow their teams. Nav is always on hand to meet and chat through future growth plans, discuss how we support our partners and answer any questions along the way. Whether it is alleviating concerns, offering reassurance, talking through different options or simply catching up over a coffee, she is there to make sure clients feel supported and confident in their hiring decisions.

Off the clock
I live in a West Oxfordshire village with my husband, two teenagers and our black and white cat, Panda. I am a keen home cook and especially like trying out South East Asian recipes following our family's love of travelling to this part of the world. When I'm not feeding my family and friends, I enjoy being part of a drama group. We go to the theatre, have play reading evenings and put on a play once a year. In addition I help run an after school drama club for a senior school in North Oxford. This is based on the London School of Acting, Music and Drama (LAMDA) examinations and a thoroughly rewarding part of my week, to be working with teenagers, building their confidence and watching them grow.
