Jamie is Client Solutions Director at Humand Talent Solutions, having progressed through the business since starting his recruitment career six years ago. With a background in sales, including selling large value campaigns to enterprise organisations, Jamie brings a strong commercial mindset to recruitment. He has developed a solid understanding of the technology market, particularly across Software Engineering, and has built trusted relationships with technology businesses, founders and senior leaders across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. Jamie works closely with clients to understand their business, the challenges they are facing and the people they need to achieve their plans. His approach is focused on building long term relationships rather than simply filling individual vacancies. He is also passionate about bringing Oxfordshire's technology and people communities together. Jamie organises and runs Oxford Leaders in Tech and Oxford PeopleOps events, creating opportunities for technology leaders, founders and People professionals to meet, share ideas and build stronger local networks.
