Huge thanks to those of you that attended the OXVG January meet up. It was clear that everyone in the room (full to max capacity) loved hearing from the fantastic Danny Chapman from Epic Games about his vision to bring realism to animation. We also heard all about how “Leadership is a skill, NOT a position” from Andy Coley, looking at how we model good leadership, what style of leadership suits different situations and where to pay attention when you are building leadership skills.
