A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the March edition of PeopleOps Oxford, held on Tuesday 18 March at the Business & IP Centre (BIPC). The morning brought together HR leaders, staffing professionals, recruiters and talent acquisition specialists from across Oxfordshire and beyond for a vibrant session packed with insights, learning and valuable connections.
From the first coffee of the day to the final conversations before noon, the event was a brilliant reflection of how PeopleOps and Talent strategies are evolving in 2025. More than ever, Humand Talent is at the centre of how successful teams grow and thrive.
Small Actions, Big Impact with Kezia Luckett
We were delighted to welcome Kezia Luckett, CEO and Co-Founder of CultureSight Global, as our first guest speaker. Her session focused on the power of relational energy and how small, intentional interactions between colleagues can significantly impact culture, productivity and wellbeing.
Kezia shared how organisations can begin to map energy flows within their teams, identifying key influencers, spotting early signs of burnout, and recognising where small boosts in positivity could transform workplace dynamics. For anyone working in Talent, Recruitment or Team Leadership, it was a timely reminder that culture is built in the everyday moments.
Kezia also introduced a practical demo tool for anyone wanting to explore relational mapping in more detail. You can explore that resource here.
Her talk was especially valuable for HR professionals working across Talent Acquisition, Staffing, and Culture Development who want to bring more intention and energy into their people strategies.
Preparing for the Future with Jane Hyde-Walsh
Our second speaker, Jane Hyde-Walsh, Director at Aim Higher Training and Development, delivered a focused and practical session on future-proofing your career in a rapidly shifting employment landscape.
Jane explored how professionals can stay grounded and agile by aligning with their core values, embracing lifelong learning, and investing in the power of their professional networks. For those in industries such as Software Engineering, Recruitment or Talent Strategy, her insights were a powerful call to stay proactive rather than reactive.
She also provided self-assessment tools and reflection prompts designed to support meaningful career development, both for individuals and organisations. This was especially relevant for Recruitment Businesses and HR teams helping others build resilience and direction in their careers.
Whether you are managing your own growth or supporting others through career transitions, Jane’s message was clear. Adaptability is not just about reacting to change. It is about preparing for it with clarity, focus and purpose.
Looking Ahead
We closed the morning just before midday, but the conversations and networking continued long after. A big thank you again to Kezia and Jane for sharing their expertise and to all who attended for helping us create such a vibrant and collaborative space for people professionals.
If you are already excited for the next session, we have great news.
