We’re more than your average recruitment company. We’re Humand and we’re proud to be individual.
We’re based in a modern and spacious office in the centre of Eynsham, fully equipped with a kitchen, shower facilities, and space to store a bike and close to the S1 and S2 bus routes, with free parking on surrounding roads.
We have a really nice breakout area with sofas and 55″ TV’s to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, NowTV etc during your free time, or if it’s the outdoors you prefer, there are a whole bunch of lovely countryside walks just a stone’s throw from our door.
For the competitive ones, we also have a pool table, Fußball and PlayStation for the team to enjoy.
From time to time we enjoy team lunches either in the office or at local cafés and also have the benefit of a subsidised drinks fridge with proceeds supporting our chosen charity for 2023 – SpecialEffect.
Whether you’d like to spend your laying on a beach, climbing a mountain or partying until the sun comes up, you’ll get, and be actively encouraged to use, your 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays!
Once trained you’ll have the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week, as standard – you don’t have to though, our lovely office is always open if that’s your preferred location.
If we hit our weekly KPIs, we can finish from as early as 12pm!

We work with one of the leading recruitment trainers, who provides training that will see you through from your first day in recruitment to getting promoted and beyond!
As well as regular team lunches or after-work drinks in one of our favourite spots, we also enjoy letting our hair down at our Annual Summer and Christmas party.
When you make a placement, you’ll get a spin on the wheel of fortune with prizes including early finishes, after work drinks, lunch on the company, gift vouchers, pizza for the team… or a free weekend off, if it’s an unlucky spin!
We have a Fantasy Football style league to track high achievers, where you win points for activities completed! The podium winners of that month win prizes that have included: cooking lessons, art classes, gift vouchers, meal vouchers and more!
Previously rewards have included an overnight stay at The Fish Hotel in the Cotswolds and trips to Hakkasan for the employee and their friends/family.
Currently, we’re working towards a tiered target with greater rewards, the more we achieve. A trip to Ibiza is in the works if we hit our final targets – we hit this, or miss this as a team, which is great to encourage teamwork and collaboration.
