Humand Talent is excited to announce the successful launch of PeopleOps Oxford, a community dedicated to connecting and empowering HR and Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals in Oxfordshire!
The inaugural event, held in May at the Business and IP Centre in Oxfordshire County Library, brought together 30 HR and TA experts for a morning of learning and networking. Over breakfast, attendees enjoyed insightful presentations from industry leaders:
HR Advisor Jane Fryatt shared valuable strategies on building trust with employees, a critical foundation for any successful organization.
TA Manager Alice Eadle shed light on hiring neurodivergent talent, a growing and important aspect of building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
The positive response from the launch event has been overwhelming! PeopleOps Oxford will now be a recurring event, happening every two months. This provides a fantastic opportunity for HR and TA professionals in Oxfordshire to:
