So, what can our candidates expect?
Initial Contact
This could be an application for a job you’ve seen advertised, or we may reach out to you in the first instance – we use advance sourcing techniques to reach candidates that have the perfect skills for a role.
Exploratory Call
We’ll arrange a call at a time convenient for yourself to discuss your experience. During the call we’ll also talk through any opportunities that we think you’ll love.
Time to Review
Following the call we’ll send you the full job specification for any roles of interest. This will include all the info you need to make an informed decision on whether you’d like us to present your CV to our client, or not.
Introductions and Interviews
If all goes well, we’ll be in contact to arrange your interviews – this could be an informal phone call, a online videocall, or a face to face meeting. We’ll guide you through the process and set you up for success.
Offer to Onboarding
Now you’ve aced the interview, we’ll negotiate the perfect offer for you and work with our client to get you onboarded… but our service doesn’t stop there, we’ll also reach out periodically to make sure you’re happy in your new role.
