Retained Recruitment Services or RAAS (Recruitment-As-A-Service):

We offer a few different options in this growing sector.

A-la-Carte:

This service is where you pay us up front for doing the recruitment for you, with results guaranteed. We will provide you with a shortlist of people that meet criteria set by yourself. We work round the clock to deliver and stick to strict SLA’s agreed with the business – if we fail, you get your money back.

Example Agreement:

5 people that meet the minimum requirements on your desk, with video interview done, psychometric profile and coding test done by Monday 9am the following week, who meet the following:

·         5 years JavaScript Experience

·         2 years Node.JS Experience

·         1 year with AWS

·         Some experience of React.JS

 

Client Agreement

·         Must meet within 48 hours

·         Must provide feedback on interviews within 24 hours of interview

 

All you can eat/hire:

We are hired on a bulk basis for a growing team. We build a whole team or offer recruitment at a heavy discount in exchange for quantity of roles and exclusivity. This is a great option for start-ups and teams looking to scale quickly but don’t want to commit to a long term service or hire.
