The Talent Consultant will begin with a 4 week condensed training academy, where they will learn everything there is to know about Humand Talent Solutions and what we do. As well as this, they will complete online training from the industries best training business where they will be provided with all of the skills required to be excellent. The Talent Consultant will be training full time for this period, with a huge amount of learning taking place, so we can take on complete newbies or experienced recruiters who want to work in a great environment. Either way, you will learn to work in the "Humand way" and be an expert in the products and services that we offer.

When you are set up with all the knowledge, we then provide you with all of the tools to be the best there is in your role. We have the latest CRM, paid for LinkedIn accounts, video tools, the best job boards, an awesome database of candidates, great events that we manage, a solid network of professionals within our area and support from a variety of hired specialists that support the company in areas such as marketing, sales, lead generation and administration.

The Talent Consultant will then be responsible for what is traditionally known as the 360 model, within recruitment. They will follow up on hot leads, reach out to businesses and candidates that we can assist with and essentially build a client base in their specialist area under the supervision of the Founder, who will support you all of the way. Doing this will involve being able to build relationships, sell a product/service and deliver on your promises to our clients so if you don't have the drive to do any sales (which by the way are commissioned) then this role would not be suitable. However, if you think you can do it, then we will show you how, so you can be the biggest success there is.

The Package:

  • £20 - 30k basic salary + very strong commission structure
  • 2 days a week from home when completed training and probation (Office usually in Eynsham town centre)

Day to day duties
