Talent Scout

An entry level position in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. In this role you deal with the candidate side of Talent Solutions; searching, sourcing and finding great people to speak to. The role concentrates on candidate care, understanding the individual and finding great people for the opportunities we have with our clients.

Talent Partner

This role is a step up from being a Talent Scout. In this role you will be working in a 360 style role managing client campaigns. This includes the full life-cycle of agency recruitment, speaking to new businesses, pitching our services, negotiating terms, running recruitment campaigns, marketing the vacancy and then resourcing, searching and researching talent. You will then be responsible for screening and selection of shortlists to your clients and managing accounts.

Senior Talent Partner

This role is for those experienced Talent Partners who have established themselves in a Talent Partner role, with good results. In this position you will be managing accounts and working on your own vacancies however, your Accounts and desk will be large and hard to service by yourself, therefore the Senior Talent Partner can utilise our Talent Scout team to help source Talent. The aim of the Senior Talent Partner is to pitch TPaaS and TaaS products to clients and to bring on bundles of work and SoW projects using their sophisticated sales approach and extensive market knowledge.

Talent Solutions Sales Manager

This role is for those focusing purely on the Business Development aspect of our offering. It is a proper sales position where the role will purely be to bring in new, high quality business and partnerships for Humand. These will purely be TPaaS, TaaS, contract and SoW solutions. The Talent Solutions Sales Manager will be booking in demos with C-Level and Boardroom level clients, mapping out their talent plans and providing innovative, bespoke solutions. Negotiating and managing contracts, setting up SLA’s and KPIs for the agreements and then passing the client across to the Account Management, Talent Partner and Talent Scout team to manage and deliver on. No resourcing/sourcing of talent is done in this position, it is purely business development and client expansion.

Customer Success Manager – TpaaS and TaaS

This role is a non-sales focused role and concentrates on SLA’s and KPIs being met, customer service and relationship management. It is a non-billing role and one that is purely driven and motivated by keeping our existing customers happy, on track to be successful and the relationship providing them with what they wanted to achieve. This will be managing the vacancies that we have with the business, ensuring that the administration and reports are all done correctly. The role will also include some soft selling of solutions into existing customers.

Business and Marketing Administrator

This role is in the back office team, managing and taking ownership over all of the administrative duties. This includes things like Social Media, Advertising, Systems Administration, System and tool implementation, job boards, cv uploading and parsing, marketing, content creation, blog posts, office management, event management etc. This is a really varied role and one that is ideal for someone that wants to work on a broad range of challenges.
